Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental.

No, The State does not allow our Residents to prepay their full lease. Rent must be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required at lease signing. The deposit required will be based on the results of your application screening.
